BallSkills

General

Every week, we will have a ball skill or two to practice at home. You can remind or inquire, gently, but don't nag or require -- if they don't want to do it, that's fine. 5 minutes is enough.

Depending on interest and time put in and coordination, some players will progress all the way in a week, and others will take several weeks. No problem.

Juggling

Dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending are all more important than juggling.

On the other hand...

  • Juggling is a great way to develop coordination and ball familiarity.
  • Juggling can be done alone and with little space.
  • Juggling is fun once you start to get it.
